Vern Seto (front) single-handedly for more than a decade was a Servant of the Father of Mercy and a saint of the poor homeless in Los Angeles, Palm Desert and Ventura. At 83 he was unstoppable until passing of cancer last September.
Sadly, his son and daughter-in law belong to the cult of Jehovah Witnesses doing missionary work in Mexico. They did not honor Vern's final request for a wake or a funeral at Venturas's First Presbyterian Church. Jehovah Witnesses do not celebrate Birthdays, Christmas, Easter or deaths of family. Vern was anonymously cremated by this monster, uncaring and non-feeling cult.
We have vowed to keep Vern's name and TRUE missionary work alive and counter the errant doctrine and damage done by an insignificant group. They are misguided by unsound doctrine, false Theology and elders at their HQ motivated by money for themselves.
