Halloween, All-Hallows-Eve, All the Saints Proclaim Your Glory!

YOU are God: we praise you;
You are the Lord; we acclaim you;
You are the eternal Father:
All creation worships you.

To you all angels, all the powers of heaven,
Cherubim and Seraphim, sing endless praise:
Holy, holy, holy Lord, God of power and might,
heaven and earth are full of your glory.

The glorious company of apostles praises you.
The noble fellowship of prophets praises you.
The white-robed army of martyrs praises you.
All the saints together sing your glory, O holy Trinity, one God.

Happy Halloween from All Our Saints to Yours . . .

Happy Halloween from all our saints to yours . . . Remember to pray for the homeless souls in Purgatory too!

What's a Mountain Man?

On Saturday, October 29. 2016, a new Servants of the Father of Mercy volunteer Brian, speaks with a Los Angeles-based "Mountain Man" while delivering food, water and clothing to homeless living under bridges in So Cal.  At its peak, there were about 3,000 "Mountain Men" in this country primarily living in Colorado, Canada and Pacific Northwest from 1800 to 1890.  Now only a handful remain.  The Mountain Man leads a life that's dangerous, arduous and at times, down-right miserable. The lives of most mountain men ended in violence.  Here are the pictures of Brian speaking with a guy in downtown Los Angeles known as "Mountain Man."

BUILDING FAMILY, LOVE & COMMUNITY IN A WORLD OF HIGH-TECH INDEPENDENCE

Last night Bree (3) and Eddie (2) dressed as puppies that were cuddled, loved and cared for at Servants of the Father of Mercy, "Youth & Family Night" All-Hallows-Eve Party by Tony Rocha Jr., (14) a Ninja, some moms, dads, grandmas and grandpas. Dozens of children were immersed in the love of family, the joy of community, fellowship and faith. The pumpkin carving contest, wrap a mummy and daddy contest ...and "Who wants to be a millionaire?" and All-saints quiz game created memories, built community and dispersed gifts and prizes to everyone, even the adults. Enjoy the pictures!

Servants of the Father of Mercy New Logo: Kristine Cotterman, founder of Exodus Designs

Since 1998, Exodus has been helping non-profit organizations, ministries and businesses make a difference in the way they minister and reach out serving the Lord.

Kris and spouse, Rick Cotterman work with non-profit organizations who are making an impact in our communities by providing services and information to those in need. In Minnesota, they support various local ministries that reach out to people who are seeking to know more about Christ. They also support missionaries like the Servants of the Father of Mercy as well as in various countries including Colombia, Guyana, India, Italy, Rwanda, Thailand, Zambia by providing them with web sites and hosting on our site to assist them in further developing their ministries.

Kris and Rick Cotterman have been known to go out into the mission field to serve alongside missionaries delivering graphics, inspiration and design that knows no bounds! If there’s a blank wall – they will paint a Christian message on it! May God bless Kris for the beautiful new and fresh "Live Love" logo celebrating our 15th anniversary, 2001-2016!
