Alice Maes, our dear Servants of the Father of Mercy for 15 years, 96 years young, passed away on July 27th. Alice was born in Las Vegas, New Mexico, lived and worked in Denver, CO and Ventura, CA. After celebrating her 90th birthday with our team, Alice continued to serve the poor, homeless and elderly for many more years. She also attended daily Mass and Communion. Alice loved her children and family and was an accomplished artist with multiple ribbons won at the Ventura County Fair for her beautiful artworks over the years. She had a great passion for music and dancing. We celebrate Alice meeting Jesus at this time as she waits for all the Servants of the Father of Mercy, her family and friends to join herone day very soon at the Wedding Supper of the Lamb as we become married to our Bridegroom, Jesus Christ for all of eternity in His Father’s House.
