"Fire and Ice"!
That's the best way to describe yesterday's grand opening of the Servants of the Father of Mercy, San Gabriel Mountains, CA mother house, ranch and headquarters for our missionaries serving 80,000 + homeless in Southern California and beyond . . .
In the midst of a day filled with ice, snow, sleet, rain, wind, chill, sunshine and warm glowing fires in the fireplaces . . .
The opening Mass was celebrated at 12 noon by Fr. John Neiman (Retired - Archdiocese of Los Angeles) and Fr. Ryan Casey (Associate Pastor, St. Paul the Apostle in Westwood, CA).
