Why fall in the trap of judging others? James (brother of the Lord) tells us that when we judge others we place ourselves under the law and thus become breakers of the law, because no one can keep the law - most people can't even drive the speed limit! Good news though, there is a new law - the law of liberty. It's when we don't judge others and show mercy to them. Here is how James explains it . . . "So speak and so act as those who are to be judged under the law of liberty. For judgment is without mercy to one who has shown no mercy. Yet, mercy triumphs over judgment." James 2:12-13
